How to Order

 

Ordering your Uniforms & Promotional Products Online is easy with Brand Success!

Use our easy to navigate online Shopping Cart to order your Uniforms & Promotional Products by following the steps below.

If you are unable to navigate our system or prefer to place your order offline, please use our Order Form by clicking here, and you can fax or email it through.

STEP 1 - Select the Category you are looking for by browsing the Category Menu on the left hand side of the website:

STEP 2 -  Browse our extensive range and select the product you wish to order by clicking on the item:

STEP 3 - The product page will have all the information you need to order. Each item has a detailed product description, sizing and colour information, options on decoration and pricing. Simply complete the form with your order requirements as per the example below and click Add to Cart. Note that as you change quantities, or decoration options, the pricing will automatically calculate for you!

 

 STEP 4 - Upload your Logo/Artwork if you require decoration (Embroidery, Screen Printing or Decoration on your Promotional Products) or just click Continue to Cart if you don't want decoration or wish to provide your file/s later.

STEP 5 - Review your Cart Contents! You can go back to your product by clicking on it to add more of the same item, or continue to browse via the Left Hand Menu to add further products. You can delete items or change the quantities from here as well.

If you wish to check out, click on checkout via PayPal if you wish to pay via your PayPal account, or Checkout to pay securely via your Visa or MasterCard, or for Purchase Order customers who have Corporate Trading Accounts set up with Brand Success.

STEP 6 - Check Out

PayPal Check Out Customers will be taken via the regular secure PayPal Pament gateway checkout and you will be required to complete your transaction as per the example below.
Note that even if you do NOT have a PayPal account you can still use this option to pay via Credit Card through PayPals secure gateway. Once you complete your payment details you will be taken back to the Brand Success website where your order will be finalised with freight costs, and your tax invoice and receipt will be confirmed and emailed to you.

For NON PayPal Checkout Customers - you will be taken to the Brand Success ONE PAGE CHECKOUT. This is an easy checkout process as you can see all of your information on one page! Simply complete Name & Address, Company Information if you are ordering from a Business, and choose a shipping address. Freight will be calculated automatically and this will be displayed in your order Total on this page. Remember if you are ONLY ordering Promotional Products (no Uniforms or Clothing) then you will not be charged any freight as prices are inclusive!

You will have to agree to our Sales Terms and Conditions, so please read these important conditions, and then submit your order!  Your order will process and you will receive an instant order confirmation via your email address, and tax invoice.
 

STEP 7 - Order Submitted.  
Once your order is submitted a member of our team will be in contact in due course. We will be in touch with your artwork proof for all decoration other than Screen Printing. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for information on your order processing/delivery timeframe.
