Do you sell Uniforms & Promotional Products direct to the public?
Yes, we are an Online Retailer!  We sell to individuals, Business, Government, Not for Profits, Schools, and Sporting Organisations.

Do you have a Store I can visit?
No, we are an Online Retailer. This keeps our overheads and prices low! Our warehouses are not open to the public however we are able to assist you via phone, email and we deliver anywhere in Australia!

Can I get a sample?
You can purchase samples. Sample stock must be purchased and no refunds are given - please refer to our Sales Terms & Conditions for more information. Pictures and product details are good representations of the product you will receive and generally no samples are required.

How do I provide my logo or artwork?
Provide your logo to us by email We prefer AI, PDF, EPS format for print, high resolution JPG is suitable for embroidery.

Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
Yes we do! Remote areas may incur additional costs.

How much is delivery?
Please refer to our Shipping page. Delivery is calculated automatically when you place your order. Some items include delivery.

Are you based in Australia?

How long will delivery take?
Delivery is dependent on the product you choose and the quantities you order to be decorated. Please refer to our Shipping page for more detailed information on delivery. Please be assured we endeavour to deliver your items as promptly as possible! If you have an urgent requirement, please speak to us about meeting your deadline before placing your order.

Can I order via phone, fax or email?
It is preferable for you to order online as this expedites the ordering process however you can place an order via email or on our online order form and fax or email it through. We require written confirmation of orders, and orders on the phone cannot be accepted.

What colours and sizes etc do you have?
The product page of items specify their style, colour and size options so refer to the individual products you are interested in.

Do you have other items available?
We supply many items that do not appear on our website, as there are too many to list, so if you cannot find what you are looking for, don't hesitate to contact us so we can assist your particular needs.

Can I exchange or return an item?
Decorated goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Undecorated uniforms can be exchanged for sizing within 7 days of receiving the goods, however as size guides are provided the cost of re-shipping will be at the customers expense. Please refer to our sales terms and conditions for more information.  

Does the price quoted online include GST?
GST is charged additionally, and is calculated in your order at check out.

Should I choose screen printing or embroidery for my Uniforms?
We recommend embroidery for chest logos, screen printing generally for T-Shirts and larger Logos. If you are unsure and require advice please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Will I be able to see a sample of an item with my printing,  embroidery or screen printing before I order?
When you place your order and supply your artwork with embroidery on clothing or printing on your promotional item, you will generally be emailed a visual sample to approve. Our decoration services are of a high quality and your items will be decorated to match your artwork.
