Shipping Costs

• Promotional Products:  All Promotional Products listed are shipped FREE. 
   
• Uniforms & Clothing:  Shipping costs are calculated automatically at check out and are processed with your order. The minimum charge for Clothing & Uniform delivery Australia Wide is $11.00.

* Please note that very remote locations in Australia may attract a delivery surcharge and this will be advised of prior to dispatch.

Express & Airfreight delivery services are available and may attract a delivery surcharge which will be advised of prior to dispatch.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

• Brand Success make all efforts to ship your Promotional Products and Uniforms to your desired destination within 1 to 4 weeks. Orders that require decoration (printing, embroidery and screen printing) are a minimum 2 weeks with an estimated delivery time of 4 weeks from date of order, due to the process of artwork and production. Any unforeseen (and unlikely) delays over this period will be advised of.
   
• For stock orders not requiring decoration, your items generally ship within 1 week.
   
• Brand Success will endeavour to make every effort to deliver all orders in completion as promptly as possible. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order you will be notified within 2 working days.
   
• Brand Success cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments, or natural disasters.
   
• Once shipped orders will take 2 - 6 working days via road courier as a guide depending on your location and services in Australia.
