Returns Policy

Brand Success Returns Policy

Please refer to our Sales Terms and Conditions for full conditions of sale. Any returns outside of the following conditions will be made only at the discretion of Brand Success and a credit to redeem online may be issued, less the cost of shipping.

  • Brand Success will replace or refund any goods in the unlikely event that they arrive faulty or damaged. Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of stock for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued. Brand Success must be contacted within this period for a returns approval.
     
  • Decorated Goods cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
     
  • Exchanges for Work Wear, Clothing and Uniforms which have not been decorated (no logo/artwork added) must be made for incorrect sizing within 7 days of receipt of stock, however as size guides are provided, the cost of return and re-shipment will be at the customers expense. Any returns are at the discretion of and must be approved by Brand Success. 
  • Please choose your items carefully. We are always happy to discuss your needs in more detail if you feel unsure about the most suitable product for your needs.
     
  • We recommend when purchasing Uniforms and Clothing that you measure according to the Size Guides provided to avoid the inconvenience and additional delivery costs for you, of returning or exchanging items.
