Do you sell Uniforms & Promotional Products direct to the public?
Yes, we are an Online Retailer!  We sell to individuals, Business, Government, Not for Profits, Schools, and Sporting Organisations.

Do you have a Store I can visit?
No, we are an Online Retailer. This keeps our overheads and prices low! Unfortunately our warehouses are not open to the public however we are able to assist you via phone, email and we deliver anywhere in Australia!

Can I get a sample?
Yes, you can order Uniform samples online. Samples must be purchased and no refunds are given - please refer to our Sales Terms & Conditions for more information. For Promotional Products our pictures are accurate representations of the product you will receive and generally no samples are required.

How do I provide my logo or artwork?
Online when you place your order or via email! When you place your order online and add an item to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to attach your logo or image file. Or alternatively you can provide your logo and image files via email. We prefer AI, PDF, JPG or PNG format.

Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
Yes we do! Delivery is calculated automatically when you place your order.

How much is delivery?

Where are you based?
Brand Success are an Australian Online Promotional Product & Uniform Retailer, our Sales and Administration Head Office is in Perth, Western Australia. We have Warehouses with stock holdings in Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. We ship from these locations to anywhere in Australia!

How long will delivery take?
Delivery is dependent on the quantities you order, and whether you require your Uniforms and Promotional Products to be decorated. Please refer to our Shipping page for more detailed information on delivery. Please be assured we endeavour to deliver your items as promptly as possible! If you have an urgent requirement, please speak to us about meeting your deadline before placing your order.

Can I order via phone, fax or email?
Yes! It is preferable for you to order and pay online as this expedites the ordering process however you can place an order via our online order form and fax or email it through.
 

What colours and sizes etc do you have?
All items specify their style, colour and size options so refer to the individual products you are interested in.We can and do supply many items that may not appear on our website, so if you cannot find what you are looking for, don't hesitate to contact us so we can assist your particular needs.

Do you have other items available?
Yes! We can supply other options if you cannot find what you are looking for. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
 

Can I exchange or return an item?
Undecorated or faulty items, yes! Decorated goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Undecorated Uniforms and Clothing can be exchanged for sizing, however as size guides are provided the cost of re-shipping will be at the customers expense. Please refer to our sales terms and conditions for more information.
 

Does the price quoted online include GST?
No GST is charged additionally, and is calculated in your order at check out.
 

Should I choose screen printing or embroidery for my Uniforms?
This will depend on the application and the look you are aiming for. We recommend screen printing generally for T-Shirts and larger Logos and Artwork. Refer to our Artwork menu above which gives you further information about these decorating options. If you are unsure and require advice please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
 

Will I be able to see a sample of an item with my printing,  embroidery or screen printing before I order?
When you place your order and supply your artwork with embroidery on clothing or printing on your promotional item, you will generally be emailed a visual sample to approve. With screen printing no digital image is generated, however our printing services are of a high quality and your garments will be decorated to match your artwork.
 

How much does it cost to have my logo added to your products?
All Promotional Products INCLUDE the cost of your Artwork as specified. If you are adding additional colours there may be extra charges which are detailed when you order.
Uniforms and Clothing can have decoration added, simply choose the option of Embroidery or Screen Printing when you order and the price automatically calculates! Additional set up charges for your artwork apply.
